- Trial entry form (Fill this and send to your club secretary to enter a trial)
- Scorebook application form (Mandatory – cannot enter trial without a valid scorebook)

How to enter a trial
You will need a valid scorebook to continue
- The competitor completes the trial entry form and signs the entrants declaration (by typing their name into the signature panel) and emails the form in word document format to their training director
- If the training director approves the entry they should sign (by typing their name into the signature panel) and forward back to the competitor. The date also needs to be entered.
- The competitor should then forward the completed form to the trial/club secretary
